We provide software maintenance program to our customers as the follows:

• Maintain any software problems caused by hardware malfunction, failure of electrical power and negligence of operation or wrong program logic on programs.
• Perform minor changes of application program or report format change requested by the client.
• Consultation by phone or by e-mail on technical problems concerned with the software should be free-of-charge during the maintenance period.
